Meeting/Event Information
The Oklahoma City Chapter of the OSCPA provides quality continuing education courses and networking opportunities in a variety of Oklahoma City locations and live streaming online.
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month except for June and December.
All meetings are held in person and streamed live online. In-person meetings include lunch and networking before the presentation begins. One hour of CPE credit is presented at each luncheon, partial or nano credits are not offered during one hour luncheons.
All-day seminars are held in September and November. Two hours of Ethics are offered in one of the Fall CPE seminars.
Prepaid Membership includes all meeting fees. Pre-registration is required for each session you choose to attend for CPE credit tracking and so we know whether to expect you in person or online.

Presentation: Disrupting Human Capital Management
Presentation Objectives:
As a result of participating in this activity, learners will be able to:
- Identify key drivers in successful and lasting HCM partnerships
- Understand the landscape of HCM vendors and competitive edges
- Recognize the significance of work opportunity tax credits (WOTC) for companies utilizing electronic onboarding

Speaker Bio:
Bryce Jones is a people-first HCM sales professional, servant leader, and father currently serving as an HCM Executive at Zuma Payroll & Processing. With experience across HCM, SaaS, marketing, and sales leadership, Bryce brings a well-rounded, real-world perspective to client engagement.
Prior to joining Zuma, Bryce served as an Account Executive at an HCM provider, where he supported a diverse client base and deepened his understanding of payroll, HR, and implementation best practices. During a period of organizational change, Bryce reflected on his professional values and long-term goals, which ultimately led him to explore new opportunities better aligned with a people-centric approach. Through mentorship and ongoing conversations with the owners of Zuma, Bryce recognized a shared philosophy and vision, leading to a collaborative partnership focused on service, trust, and long-term client success. Earlier in his career, Bryce served as Director of Marketing and Admissions at Avenues Recovery Center, where he led nationwide teams and further developed his passion for people-centered work and mission-driven leadership.
A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Bryce pairs professional insight with humor as a part-time stand-up comedian.

CPE Credits are based on a 50-minute hour. Partial or nano credits are not offered for this course. State boards of accounting have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Attendees accept responsibility to determine if the course meets acceptable guidelines set forth by their reporting authority. Complaints regarding any CPE presentation should be directed to [email protected].
For CPE Eligibility Zoom participants must use the Zoom App or Zoom Desktop and answer the polling questions. In person attendees must sign in at the registration table and have a valid email on file to receive your CPE certificate.
OKC-OSCPA Notice of Event Photography/Video Promotional photography and/or video may be taken at events.
